Running ProjectWise Reports

Several reports are included to help with ProjectWise-specific queries.

Report PW-0001 - Historic ProjectWise Items

This report provides a list of items that originated from ProjectWise but do not exist in ProjectWise anymore. Typically, this would be documents that were moved into AssetWise.

Report PW-0002 - ProjectWise Duplicates

This report provides a list of queue jobs that failed to register documents due to the fact that there is already a document in AssetWise with the same unique identifier. You need to determine if the document in either ProjectWise or AssetWise needs to be renamed, or if the registration should be cancelled because it is actually the same document and should not be moved into AssetWise.

Report PW-0003 - ProjectWise Move Failures

This report provides a list of queue jobs that failed to move documents into AssetWise. Typically, the error message will indicate the reason why the job failed. A common reason for a move job to fail is because the document could not be deleted from ProjectWise. The problem can sometimes be resolved by making sure the ProjectWise document is checked in, or manually deleting the document, and then resubmitting the job (resynchronizing) so it can complete.

Report PW-0004 - ProjectWise Multiple Versions Moved

This report provides a list of documents that were moved from ProjectWise, but had multiple versions there. When a ProjectWise document has more than one version, only the active version of the ProjectWise document is copied into AssetWise when the document is registered (whether by referencing or moving the original document). In the case of a move, both the active version and all of the non-active versions of the document are deleted from ProjectWise.
